2016 Very Fine Red
Cabernet Sauvignon
WA — Walla Walla
A classic Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon, true to varietal character, with appealing, earthy aromas and flavors, including a streak of graphite, dark cherry, blackberry and a hint of dried herbs. Well-structured with plenty of backbone, like an Old-World Cab but with the focused concentration of a New World wine. Enjoy with lamb and beef with a side of asparagus.
2016 Very Fine Table
Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre blend
WA — Red Mountain
Gorgeous purple magenta color. A classic GSM from Red Mountain is a treat and right away you notice a lot of dark blackberry, cherry, and black pepper. Spice, fruit, vanilla, cocoa, and a touch of lemon zest, jasmine and cumin create such a complex aroma that it’s hard to stop smelling it. The palate has some up-front acidity which is balance by a soft and full mid-palate with dark fruit flavors. The length is short and spicy, with a bit of elegance.
2016 Very Fine Pink
Rosé
WA — Yakima Valley
Brilliant coral color. Right away you get a sense of mandarin zest and orange oil, with a touch of tropical fruit and candied melon. A hint of rose petal and a light hint of spearmint creates interest in this light and fruity, yet complex rosé. Bright acidity dances on the palate in a lively way followed by a long and almost creamy finish. These grapes were picked very early at an average brix of 21 resulting in a 12.5% alcohol content.
2016 Very Fine Pink

Supple and inviting entry with a creamy, lush mid-palate and luxurious, spicy, ripe pear and peach finish. A warm summer morning in a glass; dewy, creamy, fresh and luxurious. A wine not just for sipping, but savoring.
